We have based our questionnaires around the interest of genre, this will help us to choose the right genre for our moving image and a suitable media piece for our target audience.
Define genre ->
"Genre is a loose set of criteria for a category of composition; the term is often used to categorize. Genres are vague categories with no fixed boundaries, they are formed by sets of conventions, and many works cross into multiple genres by way of borrowing and recombining these conventions."

Horror:
As a group we instinctively knew initially that we wanted to go with the horror genre, but to be sure we gave out questionnaires to consolidate our ideas. However we researched into the horror genre to find out more about it and make sure we had a sound understanding of the genre beforehand.
Definintion of Horror films->
."Horror films are movies that strive to elicit the emotions of fear, horror and terror from viewers. Their plots frequently involve themes of death, the supernatural or mental illness. Many horror movies also include a central villain."
